South River Irrigation Ltd. is a “turn-key” irrigation company providing design, service, and installation for residential, commercial, and vineyard irrigation applications. We were incorporated in 1989 and serve Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Staunton, Waynesboro, and Lexington.
Brett Snyder, the owner of South River Irrigation, received his B.S. degree in Forestry and Wildlife from Virginia Tech. He is a certified irrigation contractor, certified landscape irrigation auditor, certified in backflow prevention, and is an EPA Watersense partner.
We offer annual service contracts which can include Spring start-up, backflow testing, monthly check-ups during the Summer, and Fall winterization. Our current client base is comprised of about 75% residential and 25% commercial/vineyard properties.
Installation
We strive to stay at the forefront of new irrigation technology with the goal of utilizing the earth’s water resources in the most efficient manner possible.

We offer annual service contracts which can include Spring start-up, backflow testing, and monthly check-ups during Summer and Fall.
